9023常常客滿,上告高速公里 路前的末兩站乘客最可憐,常常都要客滿兩三台,才能上到一台沒客滿的車,跟客服講了也沒用,不肯加班次,也不肯保留位子給末兩站的乘客。 爛到爆。

剛剛搭乘965 目的地是板橋 因為下大雨 找不到保民堂站往板橋的站牌 已攔2台965皆未停靠 所以上了往金瓜石的車 因不確定抵達底站是否要下車 或是可以直接刷卡 並在車上等待車子回頭 詢問卞姓司機 態度非常不耐煩 告訴我們要去板橋就去對面等 我們這個沒有在直接回頭的啦 車上及站牌處都沒有明確標示 我們態度禮貌 上下車也都正常刷卡 並不是想要刁難司機才提問 當場告訴司機 是否可以注意自己的態度 不需要用這種不耐煩的口氣 卞姓司機回答 每天都被問到很不耐煩 不然你來開車 公車司機也算是服務大眾 有必要這樣嗎 2.從九份老街搭車時 路上有個乘客忘記刷卡 那台車的司機提醒下車記得刷卡後 乘客開始找卡片 私機也不耐煩的大聲說怎麼每天都會遇到這種人 3.第三台司機到達九份老街 車上的乘客忘了按下車鈴 下車時和準備上車的成可擠在門口 司機立刻用麥克風破口大罵 搭了三台不同司機的965 每一位都是不耐煩的語氣對待乘客 或許對司機來說 每天都會行駛的路線 只是例行公事 但對於乘客來說 是一整趟旅遊的興致 煩請貴公司 好好加強員工的教育訓練 提升貴公司司機的素質和素養

常坐910,說真的車上的充電插座真心服務不錯,又有wifi,雖然我都沒用過但是這種設置是貼心的,但是電視不知道為什麼都放一些無腦的網紅頻道,一下鬧大學(說真的鬧了什麼?),一下凱文出菜,沒坐910誰看過這些沒內容的頻道,另外,路程已經很無聊,還要撥特定的新聞做思想改造,我對商業廣告沒意見,但是撥放這些真讓人噁心
