★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 站務人員對於民眾遺失物品的通報努力幫忙找回失物又不求回饋，忙到幾乎快下班前十分鐘左右才找到，真是辛苦了，也謝謝您們無怨又積極的服務，下次提醒周遭親朋好友及陌生人要顧好自己隨身物品，免得增加站務人員麻煩。
The station staff made efforts to help the people find their lost items without asking for feedback. They were so busy that they found it about ten minutes before the end of get off work. It was really hard. Thank you for your uncomplaining and positive service. I will remind my friends and relatives next time. Friends and strangers should take care of their belongings so as not to increase the trouble of station staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日3/29早上8:30在公車南雅站搭乘843公車(169-FW)往樹林。
大約於8:50左右，準備在"俊興街口"之公車站下車，且都有按下車鈴，但司機卻在新北市樹林區三俊街166號附近將前門打開，本人還以為發生什麼事情呢，結果原來是司機直接向外面路邊攤的早餐店點餐!!!!!
根本不把本人&其他在車上之乘客放在眼裡。位司機基本的職業道德與職業態度非常糟糕。方便當隨便。
公車司機的職務就是順順利利且平平安安地將乘客送達目的地!!!!!
當然本人知道公車司機很辛苦，但不要因為自己之貪圖利益，卻連累到乘客&臺北客運的聲譽。謝謝。
後續麻煩您們臺北客運樹林站的主管好好教導與職訓員工們。辛苦您了。謝謝您。
Take the 843 bus (169-FW) to the woods at 8:30 in the morning on 3/29 today at Nanya Station.
At about 8:50, I was going to get off at the bus stop at "Junxing Street Crossing", and the bell was pressed, but the driver opened the front door near No. 166 Sanjun Street, Shulin District, New Taipei City. I thought something happened. Well, it turned out that the driver directly ordered the food at the breakfast shop on the roadside stall outside!!!!!
I don't pay attention to myself and other passengers in the car at all. The basic professional ethics and professional attitude of this driver are very bad. Convenient as casual.
The duty of the bus driver is to deliver the passengers to the destination smoothly and safely!!!!!
Of course I know that bus drivers are very hard, but don't hurt the reputation of passengers & Taipei Passenger Transport just because you are greedy for profit. Thank you.
Please follow-up, please, the supervisor of Taipei Passenger Transport Shulin Station to teach and vocational training staff. Thank you for your hard work. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 17:30，843司機到底在趕什麼，闖紅燈，害我又等30分鐘等18:00那班，還有app就只有843很不準，上一秒24分鐘下一秒就已經過3～4站了，麻煩改善一下app。
At 17:30, what the hell is the 843 driver chasing, running a red light, causing me to wait another 30 minutes for the 18:00 shift, and the app only has 843, which is very inaccurate. One second is 24 minutes and the next second is 3-4 minutes. Stop, please improve the app.
