★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一般申請文件的服務都還算到位，但社會課的就略差！有些衣著像是在家裡廚房做菜一樣，甚至還看過穿襪子+拖鞋。然後前檯的約聘人員懂的有限，變得問題很容易往裡面去問再轉述。建議民眾先做點功課再去辦理業務，才不會偶爾得到不完全正確的訊息。社會課的人員也很容易問題卡住，有時還要等她打電話去問總局。反正就是不愛動腦鐵飯碗職。真不想繳稅養這類的公務員....
