★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A member of staff was nice and friendly. A second one on another visit was a bit cold and annoyed. In any case everything is so slow. It’s 2020, slow, inefficient bureaucracy should be a thing of the past. Taiwan deserves, and can do, better than this.
