★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雖然一開始給人感覺各個櫃檯一直踢皮球，不過最後終於想通了，有打電話叫我回去，知錯能改，很棒。有兩個櫃檯人員有很熱心的想幫我解決問題。
Although it started to feel like playing football at every counter, I finally figured it out. Someone called me to go back. If I knew something wrong, I could change it. It was great. There are two counter staff who are very enthusiastic and want to help me solve the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 打電話來的時候這裡接電話的公務人員態度就很冷淡不主動講解分明，回答都很簡短不負責民眾懂不懂，好像每個民眾都很熟知政府各單位內容似的，如果事務所只負責回答是或不是或是有問才答沒問就不告知那這些公務人員只是造成民眾困惑中指引錯誤或是詢問被誤導指引~
When I called, the attitude of the public servants who answered the phone was very cold and did not take the initiative to explain clearly. The answers were very brief and irresponsible. The people didn’t understand it. It seemed that everyone knew the contents of various government units. If the office was only responsible Answer yes or no, or if there is a question, then answer no question and do not tell that these public servants are just causing the people to be confused and the guidance is wrong or the query is misguided~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 給申請書完全沒說明，也只能給1份，要自行複印，很難得遇到這樣服務態度的公務機關了。
There is no explanation for the application form, and only one copy can be given. If you have to copy it yourself, it is rare to encounter a public agency with such a service attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地處偏僻這點滿不方便的，附近離所有大眾交通方式的站都有好段距離。
而且完全不懂為何是“古亭”？古亭屬大安區，這裡可是文山區，捷運隔個一站就屬新北市了。
以前這裡是一大片近河堤的平房眷村，拆遷後才興建的。
The remote location is quite inconvenient, and there is a good distance from all public transportation stations nearby.
And don't understand why it is "Guting" at all? Guting belongs to Da'an District, which is Wenshan District, and the MRT belongs to New Taipei City just one stop away.
In the past, this was a large bungalow family village near the river embankment, which was built after the demolition and relocation.

Located in the basement of the building, in the same building are the Taipei City Farmers’ Association Agricultural Specialty Products Exhibition Center Bandung Store, Wenshan District Office Wanfu District Resident Activity Center and post office.
