★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and all people are super very nice. However either because of language barrier or some another reason I’m not so happy about the docs. I ask why, the doc is quite, then I find out the reason online. Another experience: I tell the doc in the beginning that I want this, then it turns out that the hospital has a very old version of it..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was want to working take care of grandfather in this hospital but the nurse and
especially the lady wear green colour uniform in 8 floor,she talk so rude and arrogant.
Don't make it difficult for us because of our intention to take good care of patients, some employers don't like local people or mainland China taking care, because sometimes they are too expensive to pay and don't work well.
Dear ..Aunti the green uniform please can you be more politely, you must have attended school, right? You must know how to respect people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to get the medical or physical check for the driver license. If you have to come here, take the whole day off because they are going to make you wait. Also during a covid-19 alert level 3 the waiting room was packed, no spacing was left between persons that were sitting. After 4 hours waiting, the nurses queued us up in another floor just to be brought to the same packed room after a few minutes. This is not the place to go if you are in a hurry or if you have plans later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to get covid testing done here, don't. But if you have no other choice, be prepared to dedicate your entire morning to waiting in a flimsy tent outdoors. The covid testing is done by the hospital's ER unit, which is an extremely poorly run and highly inefficient operation. The instructions will be unclear and nobody will tell you what's going, so be prepared for a very frustrating and unpleasant experience. Bring every single document you think you might not need and bring photocopies of your ID and passport. Ring the bell when you get there or you will be ignored.

1. Apply online, download forms ahead or you can fill out when you get there.
2. Arrive between 8am - 8:30am, the outside Plaza on the Left there's a window where you pay and hand in your forms.
3. The test starts at 9am and it goes pretty quickly, I had 10 people ahead of me and was done at 9:20
4. You go back to the same application window to get your pickup receipt.
5. Same day pickup is between 7pm to 8pm. You walk over to the side other side of the plaza in front of the Emergency room. You don't go inside, there's a small window to the side of the doors where you ring a white door bell.
6. The report is 1 page all in English.
Overall the experience was good, I wished they just emailed you the report or let you pickup earlier.
