超爛,客服總機、停車費繳納客服態度都差到不行,能丟皮球就丟。 看了一下大家的評論,就是「林姓客服」,真是惡名昭彰,客氣詢問每句話都像是要找人吵架一直爭論,有事嗎? 我租車停車費逾期,Ibon查詢仍可以列印繳納。所以就直接繳納了。 過了半個月才被車行寄通知說沒有繳納。 很明顯是遇到系統問題,明明繳納了35元,跟林姓客服說明了,她一口咬定是我繳錯,要我提供證明。(都過這麼久了事有什麼證明?查得到什麼時候印出繳費單卻查不到繳費時間?)Ibon記得很清楚是同一筆出現兩種,我還特別找店員詢問。 而且林姓客服態度很差,還反問我一個半月的事我為什麼不記得單據編號什麼的?一筆35元的停車費繳完是要記多久= =真令人傻眼。

客服人員態度超差,先自以為是的叨念一堆,然後民眾開始抱怨網頁文字語意不清導致月票購買錯誤時,客服又打斷說我們不是想跟民眾有爭論啦、有意見可以去申訴。......話都給你說就好了,真是0分客服!
