白	白君德 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small local branch of the Taipei City Public Library. It reminds me of small local library branches in towns in the US. It can get crowded as it seems many locals come by to read newspapers and use the internet. The first floor is periodicals and service desks. The second floor is all children’s section. The third floor is everything else: literature, social sciences, languages, etc. There’s also a study area and a reading area on the third floor. Open reading areas are on every floor. The books are kind of iffy in terms of condition. Very old hardcovers with yellowed pages are stacked next to curled paperbacks. There’s a lot of English language books in case anyone’s looking for that while living in Taipei. The main branch is definitely bigger but if you live in this area then you can check out this one. The study area can get very crowded.
