★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the best of Taipei’s district sports centres. The gym is cheap and facilities are good but it’s better to go during working hours. The changing rooms are not good though, basically just toilets with showers a little too close. The swimming pool is excellent; big and bright and a good price.

This might be my favorite swimming pool to exercise in Taipei so far! I’ve tried also the Yongge pool in New Taipei City as well as the one in DaTong. They are quite similar in term of features. What made this one my favorite is the fact that they provide hair dryer which prevent you to have to carry your own!
It is also really nice to have access for the price of the entrance to a sauna, a hamam as well as a hot pool and even some moderately strong jet to massage your back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go here to swim and to work out at the gym. The swimming pool is great, but can get crowded sometimes. The change rooms could be cleaner but they're not bad. As for the gym, it's a decent size and has all of the basic equipment that you need. Both the pool and the gym can get crowded at times, so I recommend checking the sports center's website to see how many people are there before you go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very good fitness center for the money! Tons of equipment and also a good weights area. Can get pretty busy after 8am, so make sure to get there early :-)
