★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As far as public gyms are concerned, this one is mediocre. Compared to Zhongshan sport center's gym - which I recommend - this gym has older equipment, darker lighting, and a dirtier changing room. The air conditioning wasn't very cold either. Also - no towel enforcement and no alcohol/cloth for wiping equipment. The one benefit this gym has over Zhongshan's is that it's quite a bit more spacious but that's about it. Overall just good enough to be a Taipei City public gym in my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to work out there wiz my university classmate. We all love this gym actually, but a great number of people are swarming into the gym after 6 pm on weekdays and after 11am on weekends. As a result, I suggest that you better go there not in the peak hour which I’ve mentioned before. Ah...btw there is also an awesome pool there and just pay once that you can enjoy all the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's slightly smaller than other district sports centers around the city, ergo, a bit more crowded. But the upkeep, staff friendliness and cleanliness are all up to par.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the neighborhood public sports center, with a gym and a pool. The gym is not big, but has recently been fully renewed. It has all basic necessities and comes at a low cost of NTD 50 for a visit. The pool is nice too, with 50m lanes. But it can be quite busy, especially when there are lessons going on for school kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only spent time on the 5F rink but it's spacious and has AC. Seems well maintained. There is underground parking but tends to fill up quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you wanna play table tennis, I'd suggest not to go there. They however have other facilities that are better. They've got only 2 tables, one on the 1st floor and one on the 5th floor. So, if you have a group you have to split. And the place where they put the tables is not even set up for that. It's not well ventilated.
