★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 行員服務態度很好，但我始終不明白，開個戶動則30-40分鐘，辦理的時候只能像罰站一樣站著，到底為什麼？其他銀行開戶都有專門的位置辦理，也會提供座椅。。。。堂堂一間那麼大的銀行，真的傻眼。可能是平民的關係吧！慘
The clerk's service attitude is very good, but I still don't understand that opening an account takes 30-40 minutes. You can only stand like a penalty station during the process. Why? I didn't like to come to this branch at first, but I went there today and the whole thing changed. The attitude of Wu Wenxiu at the window is not hot, and the whole process is in order.

所有ATM 都不能用
全部機台嘗試兩三次，都是回報中心無回應
用了24小時電話專線也一直沒接通
在那邊畫了半小時以上都沒辦法領錢
最後只好直接了當放棄了
因為特地冒雨想去銀行領錢
結果這樣子真的很不爽，高雄富邦ATM夠少了
算是高雄的最大間分行還這問題……
Super bad, get money at night
No ATM can be used
All machines tried two or three times, but the report center did not respond
The dedicated telephone line has not been connected after 24 hours
I have been painting there for more than half an hour and I can’t get any money
In the end, I just gave up directly
Because I wanted to go to the bank to get money
It turned out to be really uncomfortable. There are not enough ATMs in Kaohsiung Fubon
The biggest branch in Kaohsiung still has this problem...
