本社區位置於忠孝東路五段,107年7月 管理委員會依社區需求 增加住戶存款而增選就近方便富邦銀行忠孝分行,自開戶及每月存提款貴分行 (除櫃員服務態度良好)主管的應對及態度與專業真的訓練不足,也許貴銀行不重視我們社區類管理委員會這一塊的客戶,但也不用這樣官方式的回應,當然每家銀行有每家銀行的規定與做法 ,我們社區有華南銀行,第一銀行,聯邦銀行等等 不全都是由經管會為主管機關由上往下執行嗎? 沒有一家銀行像富邦銀行 永春分行有不一樣嗎?同樣匯款 方式 每一樣不行 規定不一樣一定要這樣子等等......,我們是客戶 怎麼要匯個款存個錢,被銀行高高在上的態度,我們要很卑微地進到櫃銀行內 把我們當作詐騙集團嗎?行員可以核對,面對每月都正常存匯款的法人機構或單位,前置作業都已經核備完整,這種例行定期的匯款,作業上不會維繫也不夠了解客戶需求嗎?本會強烈反應,也考慮不受這種鳥氣,不把我們當客戶,我們也不會少塊肉,頂多轉移至別家銀行,不再跟富邦往來!盡量轉知住戶們,貸款 存款開戶 不要去富邦銀行用春分行,會把意見轉至總行反映!!

用餐時間,接到總行陳小姐來電問我要不要貸款,都說了沒這種需求、請她幫我註記不要再打來了,還一直說個不停!我真的很想好好吃飯,問她聯絡電話她又不留,講話又很不客氣!後來打0800想要申訴又一堆廣告,真的是非常煩!我這輩子都絕對不要用富邦銀的任何產品!
