史上最奇葩的開戶體驗....一進去整個被放置play,剛開始是坐在那邊等,服務的專員出來招待時跟我要了證件,之後走進辦公室許久未出貨 來。後來出來了,要我改坐在旁邊辦公桌前寫資料,然後又進去辦公室久久沒出來,如此反覆...頓時覺得自己很像電影裡在小房間裡被質詢的嫌犯,什麼資料被問到或拿走後,都得自己一個人坐在偌大無人的空間裡面滑手機...

今天冒著大雨從永和到內湖上班途中跟公司請了假想說來富邦開戶,等了一陣子一個行員小哥就來問我住哪?開戶目的?我說主要是想複委託所以順路開戶,過陣子他回來就說可以幫我開戶跟開證券戶,我說但我只要開戶就好因為富邦我有認識的營業員介紹我線上操作就好,結果小哥態度反轉說如果不在他們這邊開證券戶就沒辦法幫我開戶,因為地緣性我不應該在他們這開,我心裡os(所以有開證券戶就沒有地緣問題了?這邏輯真的很清晰,簡單說就是沒給他做業績就請走人⋯⋯冒著大雨的我就認命從這又回到永和的得和分行開戶,我還跟得和分行的人問說銀行有這規定?他說沒聽過也不知道為何對方要這樣請我回來開戶…我當然知道為什麼….在這我也萬分感謝永和得和分行的專員(胖胖帶眼鏡的男生)在那麼小間要服務的人又那麼多的情況下耐心幫我完成開戶,總之我開戶依然完成了但對這分行服務只能說差勁形容!這留言就送給其他訪客參考吧!

I went there to open a bank account required by my new company. First, I needed to fill in a form in order to have an appointment and this is the first time it happened to me because for most of the banks in Taiwan you just need to walk in and take a number to access to the counter. Second, the form was only available in Chinese and on the last page you need to choose the type of personal account, saving account, credit/debit card… I was totally lost and have explained that I can’t fill in the form because I can’t understand all the terms as I am not bilingual in Chinese, so I was asked to wait 20-30 min until someone will be available to help me to complete the form… Totally not foreigner friendly. If you need to go there, it would be better to have someone who can speak Chinese with you.
