辦理帳戶更名業務,主管態度傲慢,櫃檯對業務說明也不清楚,專業度跟服務態度均差,難怪google評分如此低。
When handling the account renaming business, the supervisor was arrogant and the counter was not clear about the business description. The professionalism and service attitude were both poor. No wonder the Google score was so low.

今天是來關戶的,警衛冷淡,不過環境舒適新穎, C2櫃臺小姐服務態度還算親切, 不過今天在這等待時間稍久。

今天到景美分行 1.從進去報到裡面坐著大約等候4-5人,過年我能體諒大家很辛苦,但我抽的號碼牌跟他們都不一樣,只見其他比我後面來的人也辦好了剩下我一人,所以便 去櫃檯詢問,一位有點胖的小姐很冷酷的回我說:我們是按照時間來叫號….當下我很有疑問問她,那後面比我來的都辦好了這是??( 若按照時間叫那我為何不能拿跟他們一樣的號碼?) 幸好一位年輕的小姐很熱心幫我處理。 2.申請存款證明貴行應該要有明確的時間限定不是我上網查不到 ;打到客服跟進銀行也說只能算到前一天帳戶餘額,到了櫃檯小姐更新我個人資料 ,弄了快半小時後,來跟我說主管說不行 ,說貴行只能申請「存入貴行一個月後的證明」請我去其他家辦理。貴行的網路上的注意事項非常不明確。 我9:34抽牌進去直到10:30才離開,特地請假去辦文件沒想到也沒用好,真的浪費大家的時間。
