★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 警衛先生態度親切，兩次到國美分行，都會第一時間指引可以停車的位置，今日去領信用卡，櫃台行員：林佳葶，第一次遇到這麼親切的臨櫃行員，因為要辦理信用卡綁定line pay及振興卷新戶申請，擔心自己弄錯才特別申請到分行領取卡片並詢問，林小姐熱心主動協助開卡，每一個步驟慢慢幫忙設定，最後想了解信用卡他行帳戶扣繳申請進度，也幫忙撥打客服電話，所有的過程都沒有不耐煩，態度很好，值得推薦，若國美分行主管們能看到評論，希望能給予這樣的行員鼓勵，滿難得的．

今天去辦理薪資轉帳開戶，還沒進門時，警衛叔叔很親切的領我進門，掃實聯制和消毒雙手，也先詢問我今天來辦理甚麼，我說我要辦理薪資轉帳開戶已經網路預約好了，他馬上幫我開一張預約號碼單，過沒三分鐘就到我了，櫃台小姐也很溫和細心快速的幫我開戶，我大約10點到，出來時不到10:30，離開的時候警衛叔叔還跟我揮手告別，真的親切感up up up讚，整個過程感受非常好，不管是銀行員工還是銀行內的氣氛跟裝潢，來國美分行辦一張富邦信用卡或是單純的薪資轉帳開戶，非常值得推薦，少數銀行辦理事項讓人從進門到離開，心情都是非常開心愉悅的。

When I left, the uncle guard waved goodbye to me. I really felt cordial and praised. The whole process was very good. Whether it’s bank employees or the atmosphere and decoration in the bank, come to Gome branch to get a Fubon credit card or just salary. Opening an account by transferring funds is highly recommended. A few bank transactions make people feel very happy from entering to leaving.
