A	Anton Vesa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave one star only because there is no option for less. The English support is almost nonexistent, but that is not a very big deal as it is eclipsed by the bad attitude of employees. From the doorman to the front desk and everybody else working there, they have no patience and they are grumpy / seemingly unwilling to help. The whole place is just confusing! And please note that you need to take two different kinds of photos there: 2x passport type before the test and 2x 1“ type for the driving license (i didn't know that so i had to pay 150nt at the spot for the second). Overall one of the most unpleasant experiences of this kind in Taiwan.

P	Peter Bonk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely chaotic experience as a foreigner trying to get a license here. English language support and learning materials practically inexistent. The odds are definitely stacked against you as a foreigner to the point that driving without a license seems to be the better option.

That being said, the translations are often poorly done which is frustrating and makes things unclear during a test. Two stars because at least it is not expensive and it is possible to get a scooter license using only English.
E	Elle Travel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Renewed my license here. Free parking out front. Service was overall very friendly and efficient. Minus one star for the not-so-friendly staff at the customer service counter on the first floor when I went to ask for directions.

This branch appears to not follow their own requirements and there seems to be a lack of understanding of what is required for license conversions from foreigners. What you cannot do here, you can do at one of the bigger branches. If you are foreign, like many foreigners that have reviewed, I would advise against visiting this branch. To the lady behind the counter that gasped when she heard my country of origin, your time would be better spent helping and not gossiping! I'd give 1 star, but the man at the door is lovely and super helpful, so his deserved 5 stars brings this rating up.

There are indications inside and the place is pretty clean. There are tables if you need to fill in documents. Good experience overall!
