★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to see Yoyo Ma's concert. There were 4000 people there. The parking was full much earlier on and we had to go somewhere else for the parking. The direction wasn't clear and once we arrived at the centre, the place is huge, we had to go quite a bit, circling around the building to get to our seats. It's not easy.
The acoustics is very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frankly quite surprisingly, Taipei Pop Music Center 北流 offered its best to Yo Yo Ma's 1st All Bach concert since the pandemic on Nov.10, 2020! I felt as if I were in a quiet grand cathedral where you could hear the drop of a pin.. and immerse in the celestial music.. It was an unforgettable experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to watch Valo production of The Island. I didn't get to see much of the music center, but from what I was able to gather, it's a nice establishment for concerts and performances. The parking situation isn't bad, and other forms of transportation are quite convenient. Not sure if it was due to the pandemic or not, but there weren't any concessions, which was a bummer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time visiting the place, very disappointed.
First of all, you need to bring your national ID card or you are not allowed to get in, IN ADDITION TO your ticket. WHY?
2ndly, We bought the most expensive ticket so we can see the performance up close. BUT we were treated with folding chairs??
Building structure wise, it is absurd to walk in to the building that you are right under staircase? NOT ONLY it is unwelcoming, in just a few steps more you walk straight into walls. I am a avid performance goer, been to many performances worldwide, I have never seen a performance hall like this.
Lastly, the toilet facility; the width of walkway inside of the facility only allows one person to pass through. It was jammed during break, and getting in and out was difficult.
Overall, the design of the place and the customer service team fail miserablly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The music center was open not long ago. The light show outside of the architecture is pretty nice, but the interior is all white and a bit plain in my opinion.
The music venue is pretty nice, with a capacity of around 3,000 audiences (or 4,000 - 5,000 if removing some chair settings).
Around 5-10 mins walk from the closest metro stations (Kunyang or Nangang).
