說真的,民眾已經這麼少了,櫃檯速度還可以這麼慢,公司是不是可以規定櫃檯每個客戶處理時間不能超過3分鐘,而且櫃檯用電知識真的需要考試或加強,一問三不知,是不是應該請公司定期考試及打考績呢?如果考績偏低不發獎金或剔除名額讓給更專業的人呢?這樣才能改善台電在民眾心中不好的印象。

擾民!每個月月初早上8:00按門鈴查電表,已經去電抗議5、6次,嘴巴説好,依然死性不改!贛!
