★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are untrained, unknowledgeable, and disrespectful. You should really know the difference between closing time and operation time. Not only did you waste my time, but you also wasted my friend’s time. Train your staff. Please! How hard is it to do your job? Disrespectful and a total disgrace.

A clerk changed her statements three times while I trying to apply for the VISA.
Strongly suggest the association of Japan should determining the quality of employees, I only saw the arrogant and impolite of Taiwanese, not the modesty and courtesy of Japan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. The guards were very nice and accommodating.
2. I have my all my documents printed, but they have forms where you can fill out just in case you haven’t printed your application form. They even have glue that you can use to stick your visa picture. ?
3. Queuing was fast.
4. Free of charge for Philippine passport holders
5. I forgot to photocopy the front page of my bankbook/passbook but the girl who accomodated me have it photocopied by herself. ❤️
6. Got my visa after 5 days (inclusive of weekends)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazingly friendly staff starting from the security/check in person at the door and till the council at the window (applying for and receiving your visa). There’s also a very helpful staff member cruising around the waiting area who’s job is to answer and help you to fill up your visa application.
On the second floor there’s a Japanese library, where you can read while waiting for your number to come up. There’s no display with the current number, but the security person gave us an estimate of 20 minutes, which was very accurate!
US citizens do not pay any processing fee for the visa.
UK citizens are charged NT870 as off March,2019.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing staff, friendly and even suggest solution for your problem. The staff would always smile and wish you to have a good day after the administration finished. This is the most friendly office to apply for visa that I ever visited.

I applied for my japan visa there and I forgot to bring a few documents with me, but instead of refusing my application, the staff helped me print a few documents and fill in forms until far after the closing hours. 10/10 service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is quite polite and helpful. Waiting time is not a problem here, fast and quick. I got some missing information on the form and the lady staff instructed me how.
It tooks only several days for the result. Visa fee will be paid when collect passport back.
The only thing I wonder in visa is: issue place Bangkok. Anyone explain?
