★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 樓下是夜市，附近美食不少，但也因此導致館內環境不佳，氣味其次，主要是時不時會遇到大老鼠從空調下方竄出，務必留意！

圖書館相有各類藏書及人文歷史，報章雜誌……是男女老少吸收知識及閱讀的好地方……

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因為閱讀存摺的點數來建成分館，能換的東西比其他分館多元些。
距離寧夏夜市很近，就在隔壁大樓4樓，與一整排小吃店並排，門口認「台北市圖書館建成分館」（與一樓市場的入口有所區隔，不要走錯了XD ）沒有電梯，只有樓梯，長輩或帶嬰兒車的人需費力一點。
館內環境很寬敞，該月主題會在明顯的區域供人翻閱，館外牆上有各種鼓勵閱讀的活動，點石成金、line訂閱通知送點數的海報，滿用心的。唯一建議是館內有些昏暗，可以在部份區域加裝照明會更好：）

It's very close to Ningxia Night Market, on the 4th floor of the next building, alongside a whole row of snack bars. The entrance recognizes "Taipei Library Building Branch" (separate from the entrance of the market on the first floor, don't go wrong XD) No Elevator, only stairs, elders or people with strollers need a little more effort.
The environment in the museum is very spacious. The theme of this month will be read in obvious areas. There are various activities to encourage reading on the outer wall of the museum. The only suggestion is that the museum is a little dark, it would be better to install lighting in some areas :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has many things that make it a really good library (at least in my opinion), including a friendly staff, nice decor, a dedicated children book area, a self-study room, and a relatively large collection of English books (mostly fiction). The only bummer is the fact that it's located at the 4th floor.
