★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 功能完善的地方圖書館，整體來說雖然還有進步空間但瑕不掩瑜，和我以前去過的其他分館相比已是前段班。但不知是人手還是經費不夠，仍見部分缺點，例如提早關燈、空調過省等等，後者亦導致窗戶常開噪音不斷。但我個人最不喜歡的，其實是民眾的公德心待加強，自私自利的行為仍不時可見。

另外當下告知贈書不會收入館藏供借閱，會當成活動贈品。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice library with a good size collection of new English books. Very clean and currently being worked on so I'm sure it will be very nice in the new future. Lots of seating and a section to sit and plug in your laptop. The library entrance is on the 5th floor of the building.
