★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「貴院醫護人員浪費醫療資源,未將中央指導政策正確執行」,5月29日因為我快篩陽,隨即我赴桃園巨蛋快篩站執行看診,不料竟然有「60位看診名額限制」,這個看診名額的限制從未公布,現場也未張貼「本日看診名額已滿」的公告,現場督導人員張小姐竟然跟我說:「你要不要問問在排看診的是幾點來的」,這是什麼意思?想告知我太晚來嗎?篩檢站時間到12點,我11:25到並沒有遲到,為何沒有看到任何公告的情況下,要叫我去問排隊民眾幾點來?
另外,張小姐隨即叫我排PCR,我與她告知我是要「看診」,「衛福部已經公告快篩陽等於確診,為何還需PCR」,她說「要做PCR等最快24小時後[呈現陽性]才能預約線上看診」,這個訊息荒謬至極,實際上並不是這樣,我在到篩檢站前就將健保卡和快篩盤拍照上傳,預約好「線上看診」根本不用等PCR陽性。想想有多少現場看不到診的民眾,因為要等PCR陽的結果才去預約線上看診? 貴院不僅未將中央政策正確執行還間接耽誤民眾看診時機,對你會說急就去看急診,我都不想浪費醫療資源做PCR,我還去急診看診? 我是重視每一個在前線服務的醫療人員,但也不容許有這些提供錯誤訊息導致醫療資源平白被浪費的人,你們的教育能不能再落實一點,快篩站的第一線是面對民眾的,給錯誤的訊息這樣好嗎?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因長期戴耳塞導致右耳堵住影響聽力故於6/8至耳鼻喉科門診,洪醫師表示因耳垢太硬先開耳滴劑使用,於是安排6/10回診;且是由另一位醫師葉建甫診視,跟他說右耳情形告知左耳也有塞住(但不影響聽力),在未提醒的情況下使用藥水沖洗左耳,原本她在家按照醫師開的耳滴劑使用左耳一下就通,被姓葉的醫師診視後連左耳聽力都受影響...,我朋友回應聽力會影響臨床工作,姓葉的竟然回"如果不方便請假就好"...相當傻眼!於是給了繳費單走人...越用越糟糕><
過程還找不到使用的器械(說送消還沒回來...),這種沒醫德的人還是別來當醫生...如果聽力因該醫生的誤診而受損、不可逆,你良心過易的去嗎?!如果是你家人還能夠如此輕描淡寫?!
以為是教學區域醫院設備應該不會差到哪,結果令人絕望...

好 本身因為不確定自己要看什麼科,因為不舒服的地方自己也不知道算什麼科,所以選擇先網路初診掛號家醫科 !!!
首先我有先打電話 掛號
但服務人員說 初診不接受電話掛號
麻煩上網填寫個資 跟掛號 ~
報到當天拿著填好的資料( 手機 )
好 ~ 我都填好也掛號好了
今天一到櫃檯報到.. 小姐再度請我寫一份紙本
我就說~不好意思 我有上你們官網填寫個資
請問有需要證明嗎?
她直接說不用..
( 那請問為什麼我還要重複填? 好奇怪 ? )
好 一進去家醫科看診的醫生態度很差
真的不知道在差幾點..
我好聲好氣的說明..我最近也有心臟不舒服的問題
他直接說我們這邊是家醫科
妳如果心臟會痛 麻煩妳直接去掛急診
然後我說 我還想問看看 貧血的問題
醫生回我..你去急診 她們會幫妳量血壓 也會抽血
就會知道我有沒有貧血
( 給我的感覺 就是想把我趕快踢出去欸 )
老實說 我蠻傻眼的.. 我回醫生
我就是不知道自己怎麼了
才掛號家醫科不是嗎?
醫生就很不爽的語氣 說對
但我們不能完全處理你的問題
反正我根本沒諮詢完
就被帶路去急診區
一開始我不知道在哪
旁邊護士感覺也沒很想幫我帶路⋯
一到急診區 我等了超久
照X光 心電圖 抽了4-5管血
大概都在半小時內結束
其他5個 小時我真的都在等…
到最後護士突然拿一顆藥
請我到飲水機旁吃掉
也沒說這是什麼藥⋯
但我當然有再問她 這是吃什麼的
不然我哪敢吃 ?
還好今天報告結論是沒事 ~~
但雖然不是很大型檢查
也是有建議我到心臟科掛號,做進一步的檢查!

也不清楚醫院的流程到底是怎麼樣
一整個讓人家不知所措又不安心 一直走來走去 ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 規劃很糟,帶小孩去做pcr,急診室外面從0900等到1130,完全沒人來引導或說明。一個小時後找到護士問,只說我們要等人來收健保卡,三個小時過去了,根本沒人來。浪費了一早上的時間還沒做到。
了解醫護現在很忙很累,但急診外面一堆拿著陽性快篩不知道要等什麼的人,有老有小又是身體不舒服的,很難不抱怨。

The basement is also well facilitated with convenient stores and hot food cafeterias. Personally, I think people here are very lucky to have such a good hospital to protect their health.
