陽明老人公寓全體住戶關於110年10月17日停電事件共同聲明, 停電事件發生於10月17日清晨兩點多,因為變電器毀損導致全公寓大停電,工作人員有進行搶修,到了早上,住戶被告知,可能要一個禮拜才會修好,辦公室只有詢問住戶是否要搬回同家人住,住戶很多都是國外回來,並無親人在台,也有親人在南部,往返不方便,只有少數選擇暫住親人家,因為停電所以也無熱水洗澡,也有住戶選擇自行暫住旅館,其他大部分住戶就靠著辦公室發的小支手電筒摸黑過了整整五天,停電期間有幾天沒熱水洗澡,沒電視,沒照明,有住戶因此跌倒受傷,也有住戶掉了東西,也有住戶因為無熱水洗澡感覺非常痛苦,還有住戶自行暫住旅館的花費,種種身體,精神,金錢上的損失全部由住戶親人及住戶來承受,恆安承辦經營陽明老人公寓,平時老人公寓住戶每月都繳月費,碰到這種停電事件,公寓住戶們最需要被照顧的時候,請問恆安集團做了什麼,有幫助到住戶嗎?事後有沒有任何道歉及補救措施呢,恆安在標台北市政府標案時承諾要好好經營,照顧好老人公寓住戶,結果是這樣的,恆安有沒有做到自己對台北市政府,及住戶的承諾呢?顯然沒有,住戶們的要求很簡單就是要恆安履行承諾,照顧好所有住戶,若沒做到,則要向住戶道歉,並補償住戶在這一段時間內的總總損失,這是最起碼的態度,假如還得不到起碼的善意回應,全體住戶不排除提起民事告訴,共同求償,事情還有轉圜餘地,就看恆安如何展現誠意了。

If it fails to do so, it must apologize to the residents and compensate the residents for their total losses during this period of time. This is the minimum Attitude, if there is still no basic kind response, all the residents do not rule out filing a civil complaint and seeking compensation together. There is still room for improvement. It depends on how Hengan shows sincerity.
