★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're a foreigner looking for a cheap place to work out, this is where you want to go. Admission is paid per entry, no need sign a long-term contract. The gym is NTD50 and swimming pool is NTD100.
The gym is quite small and can get busy during peak hours, so it's best to avoid them if you can. Ticket access is limited to 70 minutes. You'll also need to get a number when using the treadmill.
The pool is indoor (basement 1), and has a men's and women's spa, sauna and steam room. You'll need to wear a head cap when using the pool. If you don't have one, you can purchase one for NTD80. It can also get quite busy during peak hours so be prepared to share a lane with a couple of locals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good equipment in the fitness room but there are so many people. It might be better on a week day. There's also a lack of space as the room is dominated by weightlifting machines, treadmills, and bicycles. While there have been criticisms that it is full of people just laying about the machines, these kinds of people mostly just stood around instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice swimming pool. Its really big and the facilities is quite a lot and usefull. The shower is so so because your feet always wet. The water dont run to the hole quick and the sealing is wet. There are locker for your belongings or just put where you like of you trust no one will pick your staff. There is table and chair that u can use in entrance so you can watch people swim. You also able to buy the swim wear on spot. There are gym that quite small and have many exercises class that you can follow. Most of the ticket entrance should be bought in front door

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got everything you need for a sports and leisure center, albeit slightly small and not the best equipped gym. But the best bang for your buck. Slightly less crowded than other district run sports centers. Would recommend for anyone looking to get fit and not fussy about old equipment and not wanting to pay for frivolous things that you never use anyways

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the swimming pool this morning, and while I was swimming, someone stole the money from my bag. It's the first day of my trip, and I've lost $4,000 in Taiwan and $120 in the U.S. Taiwan has become the worst place to travel. I never recommend this place.

Wow, the facilities here is very good.at SG$5. Many water jet spa options, onsen and suana. Clean and well managed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gym: Does the job, but hardware needs updating/maintainance (e.g. loose/peeling parts). Also could be kept a little cleaner (look closer and you'll see they only clean the most visible parts of the equipment).
