★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 【不負責任的店家】電瓶換新之後兩天又壞,檢查後發現店裡給的新電瓶「有漏電問題」。等新電瓶送修完後換上,兩三天又壞,這次給他們檢查,老的老闆就不願意對這個電瓶負責,作勢趕人。
這個過程親自推車過去三次,第一次是送修,第二次是新電瓶故障,第三次是換上店家說已處理好的新電瓶(過兩天又故障)。
大老遠自己推機車過去很辛苦,店家居然用譏諷的語氣說出:「沒有人一個電瓶換三次的啦」這種話。要為了同樣問題跑三次車行、每次都滿頭大汗,是顧客自願的嗎?如果店家能提供一個「正常的電瓶」解決問題,誰想要推機車那麼多趟?
花了八百元買一個有瑕疵的電瓶,店家不願負責的態度,讓人既生氣又失望。如果店家還有點良心,可以用這個帳號聯絡我,有誠意點解決問題或有誤會也可以提出。

The old boss was unwilling to take responsibility for the battery, and tried to chase people away.
During this process, I personally pushed the cart three times. The first time was for repair, the second time was a new battery failure, and the third time I replaced it with a new battery that the store said had been dealt with (it failed again after two days).
It used to be very hard to push the scooter all the way, but the store owner actually said in a sarcastic tone: "No one has changed a battery three times." Is it voluntary for the customer to run three times for the same problem and sweat profusely every time? If the store can provide a "normal battery" to solve the problem, who wants to push the locomotive so many times?
Spending 800 yuan to buy a defective battery, the store's unwillingness to take responsibility makes people both angry and disappointed.
