★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 相較剛營運時沒公車經過，計程車也要自己叫，轉車很不便，現在都很便利，要從泰山去台北車站或桃園機場節省許多轉車時間！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不曉得是天氣的關係還是燈光設計沒有很好，從手扶梯往上的過程中總感覺右邊地板樓梯有點髒亂。泰山A5站是一個小站，直達車不會停靠，如果要搭乘的旅客記得得提早到因為從進站到月台還要走路一小段。而且班次沒有那麼多，錯過了上一班可能要等個20分鐘左右。泰山站的機車停車位太少了，這個應該要改進，附近根本不方便停機車。
I do n’t know if it ’s due to the weather or the lighting design is not very good. As I walk up the escalator, I always feel that the floor and stairs on the right are a little messy. Taishan A5 station is a small station, and the direct bus will not stop. If you want to board, remember to arrive early because you have to walk a short distance from the station to the platform. And there are not so many shifts. Missing the last shift may have to wait for about 20 minutes. There are too few locomotive parking spaces at Taishan Station. This should be improved. It is not convenient to stop vehicles nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不管通勤或搭飛機都很方便。感謝政府施政，縮短城鄉距離，只是覺得遺憾。從新北大道一段到新北大道七段底，沒有直達公車。如有公車轉乘會更便利

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 有比較少入口附近有Ubike還有電動機車充電站一樓有電梯跟摩斯漢堡（沒記錯店名的話）還有電扶梯廁所要進站才看的到進站前有一臺飲料販賣機但好像只能B悠遊卡到月台有兩個石椅一個可以做三個人
擠一下可以到四個
