★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 跟人員說要開戶，要辦line bank因為自己只有郵局帳戶，跟我說開戶現在只能線上開，^_^結果辦完之後要認證又去臨櫃一次，辦完之後線上的根本沒辦法申辦line bank，感覺被耍欸？？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 櫃檯小姐態度超差，因為人太多站外面等，沒聽到跳號，看到的時候剛好小姐站起來離開ㄧ下，我就在櫃檯等她回來，保全大哥也都有看到我在那等很久，等她回來我說要辦開戶，她說要重新抽號碼牌重新等…我說我剛剛都ㄧ直在等妳，她還口氣不好的說她已經等我等10分鐘了。
我才等是等10分鐘的人好嗎！我只是不想讓保全大哥為難，當下超想請保全來為我作證的，想說算了，我的公司也不一定要開這間帳戶，以後合作ㄧ定會有問題。

進門抽號碼牌後，開戶的櫃台服務區號碼就將近30分鐘沒跳過號，因為我就是下一號，直到後來多一位服務小姐來開了另一個服務櫃台時，也才跳號輪到我去開戶，乾坐半小時過去了。
開戶填單約20分鐘後，又是再繼續等待下一個流程（網銀開通）.....又等了30分鐘.....
跟其他銀行開戶的經驗（效率）差太多了。
13：45去辦理，薪轉開戶而已，搞到15：45...下一個銀行辦事行程都也不用去了，因為銀行15：30就close了
一個下午就耗在台新銀行這，其他事都不用辦了。

I went to open an account and sat for half an hour.
About 20 minutes after opening an account and filling out the form, it continues to wait for the next process (online banking opening).....and waited for another 30 minutes.....
The experience (efficiency) of opening an account with other banks is too different.
13:45 to go to the processing, the salary is transferred to open an account, and it is 15:45... I don't need to go to the next bank service schedule, because the bank closes at 15:30
I spent an afternoon at Taishin Bank, and I didn't have to do anything else.
