戶名跟本名已經不符，公司沒法辦薪資轉帳，要求提清結存註銷舊戶再開新戶，竟然威脅我說會留下紀錄，這輩子再也不能在他們台新任何一家分行開戶!?!?!?
完全不會幫客戶想辦法，一副嘴臉寫著：「你今天就是別想過我這關，快走不送！」

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 櫃台有7位以上的服務人員，但是還能讓當時只有不到十位的客人等一個小時。實在很慢，如果真的不熟的話，就回去再訓練，別讓掃了自己的面子。
