只要有時間繞路 絕對會避開這間分行 去別家台新

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 衝三點半以前準備好證件、印鑑,去辦理手續,但卻不行辦理...結果浪費了寶貴的匯款時間,把客戶的信用當開玩笑:
電話客服查詢好說可以到這個分行鄰櫃辦理公司戶「約定帳戶固定轉帳」。到了現場卻不行...服務員又說可以付2600元升級網路平台比原本的服務更完整,但卻也沒有「約定帳戶固定轉帳」...所以付費升級的意義?沒有這個服務了直說就好,不就解決了?
1電話客服與現場的實際服務落差也太大
2臨櫃服務對業務也不熟悉,根本沒有解決到問題還讓客戶更混亂
3服務取消直說就好,還推銷新的,卻也沒有原本需要的服務,到底在幹嘛?
