★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次體驗到這麼差勁的服務態度，被堂堂分行經理以非常不禮貌的態度對待，隨後還一臉不以為意轉身向有錢客戶鞠躬哈腰，離去前還被瞟了一眼，請問到底是在跩什麼，這種差別待遇真的不愧對於你們分行的2.8評價，請好好改正自己對於其他客人的態度，不要成為台新文心分行爛評價的幫凶。
It was the first time I experienced such a poor service attitude. I was treated with a very rude manner by the Tangtang branch manager. Later, he turned around and bowed to the wealthy customer with a look of disregard. What is it, this kind of differential treatment is really worthy of the 2.8 evaluation of your branch. Please correct your attitude towards other customers and do not become an accomplice of the bad evaluation of Taishin Wenxin branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 警衛人很好 但申辦汽車貸款的業務態度很差 申辦好之後 後續問題打電話回去還在跟別人聊天 直接掛我的電話 一點都不尊重人 不會在找這件辦理任何業務了
The guards are very good, but the business attitude of applying for a car loan is very poor. After the application is completed, the follow-up questions are called back and I am still chatting with others. I just hang up my phone. I don’t respect people at all. I will not be looking for this for any business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 警衛大哥人很親切，一進門會詢問辦理什麼業務，告知怎麼抽號碼牌，櫃檯也很友善，但上次遇到某位高傲自大的經理，感到非常不舒服，因此扣2顆星。
The big brother of the guard is very kind. When he enters the door, he will ask what business to do and how to draw the number card. The counter is also very friendly, but the last time I met a arrogant manager, I felt very uncomfortable, so I deducted 2 stars.
