★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 抽號碼牌都要等很久，跟其他家銀行相比，另外台新銀行的ATM提款機一到下班時間後都沒有冷氣了，附近銀行的Atm24小時都有開放冷氣，雖然在atm操作時間不會超過10分鐘，但是ATM主機都會發出熱氣出來啊，我邊提款居然還會邊流汗??不推薦來提款。

If I had been allowed inside, I would have had to wait up to two hours (!) to open an accoumt.
Avoid.
