★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 要開戶等了半小時就算了，走上前在櫃台想詢問該專員為什麼上一個人已經離開了遲遲不按下個號碼（因為我們是下一個）結果還一直無視我們，還跑走，想問都無法問，回來的時候我們才問該專員請問還需要等很久嗎？上一個不是已經離開了嗎？該專員回答：對，但是還要等一下我這邊還有東西要用，我們問說會超過十分鐘嗎？她回答說會，差不多，因此我們就說那算了，轉頭就走，覺得以後再也不想來了。
 I have to wait for half an hour to open an account. I went up to the counter and asked the commissioner why the last person had left. I didn’t press a number (because we are the next one). I still ignored us and ran away. I wanted to ask. I can't ask, when we came back, we asked the commissioner if I still need to wait a long time? Didn't the last one have left?
