★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 站務櫃台服務員，服務態度真的要好好加強一下!看到年長長輩詢問車班問題，服務員感覺很不耐煩的樣子，對長輩的回答口氣不是很好，這樣真的很沒禮貌耶!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 司機態度非常惡劣，都站在站牌旁邊了招手還不停車，下車按鈴壞了，口頭告知語氣輕聲細語司機竟然還嗆客人，重點是客訴完全沒用，奉勸搭車前請三思，免得搭了一肚子氣。

司機要求戴口罩雖合情合理
但是整台車上都是二手煙的味道
櫃台不能買票 車上沒辦法找錢
真是太有趣了
