★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Filthy building, bad attitude from the staff, poor signage, flooded smelly toilets, no restaurants, barely any seating and terrible layout with everyone walking around confused about where to go. This is a massive tourist site, it's disappointing and embarrassing to see such a lack of design or care and is such a missed opportunity for what could be an amazing space. Taitung government needs to hire a good architect to totally redo the whole place.
