在這裡靜心，待三天還希望能待更久，在這裏聽見蛙鳴、蟲鳴、鳥叫都是一種奢侈，在市區聽不太到。能夠真真實實的與自己相處，了解什麼才是真的活在當下，在這幾堂的靜心課程裡，我學到了好多，可以實踐於生活上的方法。
如果您是想要在繁雜的都市生活中尋找平靜，一定要來這裡！
回歸到一切的感覺，真的很好。
即便只有三天兩夜，我還是得到了不止三天兩夜的收穫。
I like, like, like, like, like, like, and like the place so much. I am very fortunate to have made the decision to come here. Knowing Nianhua and Ayin, as well as the friends I met here, are my treasures.
I meditate here, and I hope to stay longer after three days. It is a luxury to hear frogs, insects, and birds here, and it is rare to hear them in urban areas. Being able to really get along with myself and understanding what it means to live in the present moment, I have learned a lot in these meditation courses, which can be practiced in my life.
If you are looking for peace in the hustle and bustle of urban life, you must come here!
It feels really good to go back to everything.
