之前平溪招待所未對外開放之時,皇宮即是遊客造訪之處;
In order to develop Shidi Coal Mine, Taiyang Mining built dozens of staff dormitory buildings between 1925 and 1940.
Mainly concentrated in Baishi Village and Zhongpu area, mostly between the Minsheng Bridge to and from the mining area. The configuration of the dormitory buildings is staggered, and they all face north.
Before the Pingxi Guest House was not open to the public, the palace was the place where tourists visited;
Because of its strong and original Japanese style of residence, it is often used as a spot for dramas or advertisements.
The former mine manager’s dormitory is now also a well-known coffee house-"Imperial Palace Tea House". "Imperial Palace Tea House" is the only Japanese dormitory group in Baishijiao that has completely preserved the black tiles of the Japanese occupation era.
It was built in the 13th year of the Showa year of the Republic of China (1938), covering an area of nearly 150 square meters.
Residential dormitory for the longest mining site with the highest position.
