★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best place to buy Ali-Shan teas. They are very friendly and have great knowledge about tea. They gave us many cups of tea for tasting and taught us how to find out good tea leaf. That was like instant tea class. We had great time with tasty teas. They sell not only tea but also Ali-Shan coffee! I bought a cup of dark roasted Ali-Shan coffee. I was surprised they brewed coffee by hand and it’s made to order. Coffee was tasty and had unique flavor. That can be from Ali-Shan soil which is great and makes what Ali-Shan coffee is. I highly recommend to visit this store for teas and coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I googled “best tea house” in Alishan and it led me to this shop! The lady who owns the shop was an absolute dear. She spent the afternoon patiently giving us an interesting education in the art of choosing and brewing tea, while pouring us cup after cup of 3 different kinds of oolong tea! We learnt so much about Taiwanese culture and her people, and enjoyed the wonderful chat we had with her! The tea quality was amazing and at the same time extremely reasonably priced and she gave us so many gifts too after our purchase. We felt like we spent a day in our friend’s house, drinking tea and had the best time! I strongly recommend that you drop by this shop if you’re looking for the best tea Taiwan has to offer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The brothers in this shop are full of knowledge about tea and also provided good services. They provided tea and coffee tastes before selling them. The packages are designed by their mother which are very beautiful. The boys can explain how to make a nice tea in English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop keeper maybe the owner, was really passionate about tea. You can tell by how patiently explain to us during tasting session. Their tea is one of the best that I tried during our visit in Taiwan! the price is definitely not cheap but over better value compared to other shops and teahouse that we visited. Recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was doing a random walk-in on a rainy day. Young male staff had no greeting and surprisingly showed little hospitality. I visited many tea shops around the island, this was probably the first time.
We ordered Guanyin tea and Mochi, which is actually not bad. The tea also comes with a 2-times hot water refill. Cozy interior with creative signs, overall 3 stars in my opinion.
