薑絲大腸的大腸感覺沒有洗乾淨
使用的豬肉也都有豬騷味
真的沒吃過這麼難吃的客家料理

薑絲炒大腸有點雷，醋精也放太多了吧！一吃被嗆到。白斬雞一點味道都沒有，鮮味也完全嚐不到。
其他都還可以

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 非常不引人注目的小店，桌數算多，應該是箭竹窩裡面少數的小吃店。環境是有客家味的那種感覺～今天來吃湯頭很濃、肉絲很多，很有誠意，配上香菜。湯不會很油膩，又有香味?來箭竹窩裡面可以來吃。
