The shrine of that year was so amazing that it is still like the clouds in the past ... There are only two concrete piers and one concrete platform.

It is the center point of the bamboo forest trail, and there is a leisurely pavilion on the hill.

The most difficult part of the Guguan Qixiong is the Baxian Mountain (8H round trip) in the Baxian Mountain Forest Recreation Area. This time I did not climb the mountain and walk the trails in the forest recreation area: the image of Jiabaoshan Station, the ruins of the shrine, the ecological pool, the cabin, the villa, The Eight Views Monument. In the first year of the Republic of China, the Japanese army discovered that the site was 8,000 feet high, hence the Japanese homophonic "Eight Immortals." Logging began to flourish in the third year of the Republic of China. There were schools, guest houses, staff dormitories, nurseries, medical clinics, and repair stations in the forest farm, like a lively small mountain town. You can stop and go to the passenger service center at the first stop, get a tourist map, and the staff will also suggest the route time. The remains of the shrine were destroyed by the 921 Earthquake, so there are only stone pedestals and traces of the torii pedestal (the well-preserved and complete shrines in Taiwan are at Hutou Mountain and Tongxiao Shrine in Taoyuan)

The shrine ⛩️ was destroyed by the September 21st Earthquake, and there are only stones to commemorate. There are steep slopes along the way, and there is no chair to rest. There is a pavilion to rest at the destination. There is a bamboo forest trail under the shrine. It’s beautiful, remember. Going down the bamboo forest road for a walk~

After the fire and 921, only one pedestal and two torii stone caves remain.

Go up from the Eight Views Monument and you will arrive at → the remains of the shrine, but unfortunately there are only two torii caves on the ground in front of the pavilion. There is a bamboo forest on the opposite side, which is very quiet. There is a small temple built by the Forestry Bureau next to the trail, which enshrines Guanyin Bodhisattva. A pair of blue-bellied pheasants live nearby, and they can often be seen.
