★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Museum - Very interesting place to learn a little about the history of balloons in Taiwan, as well as the manufacturing process. For children, they get to see and play with various toys that are propelled by air and balloons. This is a good place to spend a couple of hours / half day trip with the family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to visit for families with young kids. Better you may make a reservation online before you go. There will be a guided tour and a balloon making class and you get the balloons you made. You'll find out there were so many types of balloon. So cute!

While we had been told the tour would be in Mandarin (which we don't speak), everyone went out of their way to include us, speak some English and hand us written materials so we could follow what was happening. The kids had a blast making their own balloons, and the factory tour was quite interesting (how often do you think about where balloons come from or how they're made?).
