The venue is wide, the coaching teaches attention to detail and actively cares about interacting with students. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu emphasizes the connection between limb movement and self-defense control, mostly by two people. Interpretation of action is the “effectiveness” of practice, and there are many physical hugs and contacts, plus interaction with peers, which are rare experiences in other sports. It is the first choice for children and adults!
