目前去辦網路銀行開通，就已經拿原印鑑處理，還硬要叫同事一起看說要機器鑑定..最後還是給了100元辦印鑑變更,只有一顆印章但你們說不是就不是，鑑定結果跟過程也並沒有同客戶確認並核實。處理時間太久，也硬要收這100元。我會好好考慮不使用貴公司的服務的，其他銀行我想都會比貴公司還盡心盡力。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 爛透了，換新鈔不用抽號碼牌也不說，抽了號碼牌等了40分鐘才說旁邊有專門換鈔的櫃檯，搞什麼警衛不說，櫃檯不貼誰知道換鈔有另設櫃臺還不用抽號碼牌，傻眼，服務真的爛到爆。
