真心覺得,你們銀行也太苛薄了,外面天氣那麼熱,也已微解封了,室內都可以50人了,怎麼你們還讓保全在外面站...別的銀行的保全都在裡面翹腳吹冷氣,對人愛理不理的,而你們的保全態度那麼好,又盡責,你們竟然是如此這般.....讓人覺得真的不優.....

8/13 因為改名所以來這邊辦理 服務台人員都很好,兩週來的人都不同 即便服務台很忙但接聽電話的態度也都很好 雖然最後搞了烏龍,VISA金融卡換卡結果英文名還是舊的⋯ 變成還要多請假來一趟,明明資料填寫正確,但不曉得是分行的作業問題還是台北的製卡問題 希望服務台可以視情況增加人員,不然客戶都是在互等,服務人員也真的以最快的速度在幫客戶辦理了,不過看得出來就是人力真的不足,互等的狀況下就是至少都要半小時以上 我的狀況是我都等了一個小時半左右 另外看到別的評論提及的 真的仁德分行的保全態度超好 也很親切 希望已經降二級可以讓他進去分行吹冷氣,炎炎夏日很辛苦,很多銀行都已經讓保全在裡面了! 希望顧及自己員工安全的時候也能為保全多想想。 ——— 8/16更 沒想到今天收到掛失手續費的帳單8/7號的,原來8/6服務台人員就是幫我用掛失,當天在櫃檯也已經繳了卡片100元跟簿子100元的費用了。 卻還收到要付200元掛失的手續費的帳單 — 更 後來打電話給台北總部客服詢問,也不用繳納200元的掛失費了(因為我沒有遺失卡片),但是服務台跟櫃檯都沒有弄好 希望服務台跟櫃檯辦事能夠謹慎一點
