★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中午時段一樓銀行居然沒有其他客人。三樓的證券服務也不佳，進門之後不確定要到哪個櫃檯也沒有人來引導詢問。而且本身證券的服務也不方便，app忘記密碼居然要本人臨櫃辦理，其他銀行早就線上化了。公股銀行真幸福，都不需要跟上時代呢。
