此分行很糟糕!尤其是保全根本在玩手機沒有檢查實名制跟體溫是否正常,行員態度有夠差什麼時代了居然沒有通儲!比郵局還不如!

辦個掛失,服務台跟櫃檯來回跑,要重新等服務台服務結束再重抽號碼牌,自己銀行的資訊都不清楚,要注意的事項也不會主動告知,一副別人都要知道他們家銀行辦件的資訊,不知道是你自己活該的態度,非常差勁。

服務態度差、又慢,我沒看過這麼差的銀行,疫情這麼嚴重,最近中壢爆發,還要叫人脫下口罩確認身分,身份證、印章都給了、也簽名了(可以比對簽名啊),為什麼要脫下口罩?重點是⋯又不是要領錢⋯⋯也不是辦戶頭,何必脫下口罩?如果因爲這樣不小心感染,請問銀行要負責嗎?無法理解⋯
