只是辦個開戶前面只有一組人居然也可以等一個小時,真的感到非常傻眼!所有動作都是N倍的放慢速度。生平第一次遇到這麼沒有辦事效率的銀行!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 進去看個保管箱裡的東西,也要先在服務台填開箱資料?樓下保管箱明明有人在,這種分流太不便民了吧?現在服務台受理個人開戶至少要1個小時以上,開個保管箱不用10分鐘⋯⋯
When you go in to see what's in the safe deposit box, do you have to fill in the unpacking information at the service desk first? There is obviously someone in the safe deposit box downstairs. Is this kind of diversion too inconvenient? Now it takes at least an hour for the service desk to accept an individual account opening, and it takes less than 10 minutes to open a safe deposit box...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 如果一堆流程都需要先到服務台領表單填寫,就櫃檯少設幾個,服務台多設幾個。
明明拿到表單到櫃檯一下子就解決,每次都卡在服務台有人開戶等大概10倍以上的時間有。
效率真好!完全值得0顆星!
三顆星是給520下午櫃檯李小姐的(親切處理流程快速還主動詢問幫忙)。
其他完全不行❌
If there are a lot of processes that need to go to the service desk to fill in the form first, there should be fewer counters and more service desks.
It took me 10 times more time to wait for someone to open an account every time I got the form and got it to the counter.
The efficiency is so good! Totally worth 0 stars!
The three stars are given to Miss Li at the 520 pm counter (the friendly handling process is fast and she takes the initiative to ask for help).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一開始我先生因薪資而去開戶,過些日子要領金融卡才發現根本沒有把他的資料送進去,服務台二位小姐面面相覷,我先生耐住性子「再次」「重新」完成整個流程。
因工作關係沒辦法親自領取金融卡,填寫了代理人文件,由我幫他代領。
去銀行前我問了我先生,行員有告知你要帶什麼文件嗎?他說只要你我的身分證即可。
到了銀行我就開始無止盡的排隊等待領取金融卡,大約排了20分鐘吧,我心想領金融卡不需要印章嗎?我走過去問了一下服務台小姐,她說還要印章,我立馬騎車回家拿印章,回到銀行又開始排隊,說排隊也是怪,因為從頭到尾就都只有我一個人在排隊等待,後來終於到我了,我還看了一下前後左右,確定只有我一個人,好!輪到我了,當我拉開椅子要坐下時,一名阿桑突然出現在我旁邊對我說「我先的」,當下我滿頭問號???服務台小姐對我說「小姐,是她先的」,哇哇哇!阿桑是鬼嗎?!我從頭到尾都沒看過這位阿桑排隊,為何她先?我再次往後退,退回等待線上繼續等,另一位服務台小姐忙完了,終於輪到我了,文件簽完名後,核對印章時告知我不能領取,因為不是原開戶印章,所以我跑二趟是我該死,沒拿開戶印章也是該死。
我生氣的點是,第一次開戶搞烏龍,問小姐說領取金融卡只說身分證即可,問說需要印章嗎?回說「要印章」,排隊時突然出現的阿桑可以排在我前面,服務台小姐也沒跟我解釋阿桑為何是先來的?一句不好意思都不會說嗎?種種的問題讓我真的很生氣。整個辦事過程非常沒效率,龜速!
At first, my husband opened an account because of his salary. After a few days, he had to get a financial card and found that his information was not sent in at all. The two ladies at the service desk looked at each other. My husband was patient and completed the whole process again.
Due to my work relationship, I couldn't collect the financial card in person, so I filled out the agent's documents and I helped him collect it on his behalf.
Before going to the bank, I asked my husband, did the clerk tell you what documents to bring? He said as long as you and my ID card can be.
When I got to the bank, I started to wait in endless queue to receive the financial card. I waited in line for about 20 minutes. I thought to myself, do I need a stamp to receive the financial card? I walked over and asked the lady at the front desk. She said that she still needed a seal. I immediately rode my bike home to get the seal, and when I got back to the bank, I started queuing again, saying that the queuing was strange because I was the only one waiting in line from beginning to end. Later, it finally came to me. I also looked around and made sure that I was the only one, okay! It was my turn, when I pulled out the chair to sit down, an Asan suddenly appeared next to me and said "I'll go first", and I was full of question marks? ? ? The lady at the front desk said to me, "Miss, it's her first", wow wow wow! Is Assan a ghost? ! I haven't seen this Assan line up from start to finish, why is she first? I went back again and waited for the online to continue to wait. Another lady at the service desk was busy, and finally it was my turn. After signing the document, when I checked the seal, I was told that I could not receive it, because it was not the original account opening seal, so I ran for the second time. Damn it for me, and damn it for not taking the seal of opening an account.
What made me angry was that when I opened an account for the first time, I made an oolong. I asked the lady that I only needed an ID card to get a financial card. I asked if I needed a seal. He replied, "I want a seal". Ah Sang, who suddenly appeared in the queue, could be in front of me, and the lady at the front desk didn't explain to me why Ah Sang came first? Can't you say a word of embarrassment? All kinds of questions make me really angry. The whole process of doing things is very inefficient, so fast!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 台企銀真的爛到有剩,申請數位帳戶,櫃台人員超厭世很不親切,直接叫我電腦填資料,也不會先幫我們把網頁開好,還要自己找,一般民眾看起來像會知道這些事嗎?
領到卡片後,網路銀行還不能馬上使用轉帳功能!還要再跑來分行申請隨護神盾開通,當初辦卡時為何不告知,一次辦一辦啊!!!跑這麼多趟超浪費時間!然後服務台就2個窗口,什麼東西都要先到服務台,等等等等等!我就整天耗在這邊等就飽了!
結論:
台企銀流程有問題,規劃作業、分流也大有問題,員工訓練差勁,爛死了,完全不推薦來這裡辦理任何業務!學學中國信託吧!
難怪負評一堆,高層人員想必也完全不在意民眾意見,爛企業,給負五顆星都不夠呢。
