千萬不要在這家買如何保險,我禮拜一現場辦理解約,專員跟襄理協助辦理,襄理說最快七天工作天就能處理好,禮拜五我打給保險公司詢問進度,保險公司回我並未收到任何相關文件…打給復興分行專員,居然回我得等他送完其他客戶資料回來才能幫我查詢?!是怎樣我禮拜一辦的東西,居然要等你回來才能了解情況?還說他已經跟其他客戶約好,現在無法幫我做任何處理…都是這樣對待客人的嗎?

真的是讓我大開眼界,網路預約開戶竟然會比現場臨櫃優先(同時),原因:因為行員不太會用預約開戶,所以現場臨櫃開戶優先辦理。 真不知「預約」意義何在?也沒人要支援,就這樣傻傻等了2個小時多,然後一直被趕過來趕過去(後面來的人就一直用)
