今天來台灣企銀「辦理開戶」是非常不好的體驗 我們光開戶,一開始就有說要辦台、外幣,結果搞了很久,才說你們可以辦我們的「輕鬆理財通」,後來輕鬆理財通辦了3個小時,還沒完成..... 原因是櫃檯的專員對系統不熟悉,許多部分都是要打電話一步一步確認跟請別人來操作,說要等4-5分鐘...結果變成等了45分鐘,我們都知道開戶需要時間,廢話....!根本廢話,都知道好嗎? 重點是「系統不熟」、「行政流程也不熟」還望台灣企銀....加強專員的行政辦理速度,唯一可以取的是態度溫和親切,但還是難以消滅我們等待的怒火!

光一個開戶就要辦一個小時半....背後原因是員工流程不順不知道怎麼操作,但更深來說是公司體制問題,沒有熟悉就讓員工上陣,換來的會是員工受不了客戶輿論跟體制問題離開,另一家台企銀開戶不到20分鐘(在台南)
