非常聰明又細心，正在處理前一位客人的同時還能繼續詢問下一位客人要辦理的項目，完全不會讓你等太久。櫃檯的人員也會跟客人清楚的解釋不懂的地方。

到現場後等了一個半小時 櫃檯叫我去服務台 服務台再叫我找另一個承辦員 到最後跟我說沒有收到我的卡片 ？
領個金融卡而已各窗口踢皮球最後說卡片沒有寄到 浪費別人時間 沒事不要來這裡受氣
