Our company is in a Taiwanese company, so I also opened an account in a Taiwanese company. Then I found out yesterday that I couldn't transfer out, so I ran to the counter again to apply for the transfer out function. It means that when you opened an account here, you didn’t transfer in or out at all, so what exactly do I do when I open an account?

The service attitude of a female clerk in Hualien Branch needs to be improved. After applying for a digital deposit account, she received a notification to collect the materials at the branch (the speed of online application and review is very fast, and the clerk who called her was also very friendly). After drawing the number plate on the morning of 1/7, I was told that I was here to collect the account information, but there is only one counter for account opening or online banking related services. They are willing to cooperate with the operation procedures and waiting, and I have no intention of urging or cutting the queue. The point is that the staff do not understand the needs of customers, and the tone is still very bad. I went to the counter again in the afternoon, and the same staff kept asking me if I wanted to open an account. I said that I had already applied and was notified to receive the information. This is obviously a problem that can be clarified by checking my personal ID card. Intention, is it not trusting the customer or wanting to shirk the business? Originally, after giving me the card, I kept telling me to go home and open the card. Later, I found out that my online banking was locked, so I dealt with it together on the spot (at the same time, two other customers had the same problem: the new login user needs to change the password according to the instructions. After the change, there is no input error but the account is locked), not only the case staff, but also the online system of the Taiwan Enterprise Bank needs to be improved. I am very grateful that it has been successfully completed. If the staff feel that the customer is annoying, they can choose not to go to work or change jobs. They do not need to be emotionally treated.
